Avs to host 2017 Development Camp next week

The Colorado Avalanche will hold it’s annual prospects Development Camp next week at its’ practice facility the Family Sports Center in Centennial.

Camp will run Monday through Thursday (June 26-29) and feature many current Avalanche prospects, possibly some of the Avs’ 2017 draftees from this coming weekend and likely some invitees that no one has ever heard of. The official roster for the Avs Development Camp will be announced after the NHL Draft is completed this weekend.

Players will participate in off-ice and on-ice training and drills. All on-ice sessions are available and open to the public for free.

Here is the complete schedule from the Avalanche:

Monday, June 26th
Off-ice training (no public access)

Tuesday, June 27th
8 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. — Morning on-ice sessions, four groups (open to public)
3 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. — Afternoon on-ice session, all groups (open to public)

Wednesday, June 28th
8 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. — Morning on-ice sessions, four groups (open to public)
3 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. — Afternoon on-ice session, all groups (open to public)

Thursday, June 29th
8 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. — Morning on-ice sessions, four groups (open to public)

 

303.hockey will likely not be in attendance this year for most of this, but we may make it to the afternoon sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday.
